During the early, per-lauch stages, you ca sell to and ship to customers in the U.S. and Canada. We’ll soon be expanding to more parts of the world. The SDK will detect the customer’s country and use the appropriate currency.

What payment methods will my StoreFront accept?

StoreFront processes credit cards payments using PayPal, allowing major common credit cards to be scanned using a mobile camera or typed in. We do plan to add more payment options in the future as well.

What do I need to use the StoreFront SDK?

All you need is an app of your own and a button to link to your app’s StoreFront. The StoreFront SDK is easy enough that developers of any skill level can input the few lines of code required to put the shop in their app. After the SDK is in your live app, you or anyone on your team can design products in minutes and place them in the app’s StoreFront in seconds.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are determined by the individual products that are being ordered and the delivery destination. As you might expect, we try to find the best rates possible.

Do I have to handle shipping?

Nope. Our fulfillment partners will handle all of the shipping for you! Save the closet space.

Can I get samples of my custom products?

Yes. Developers are able to order their products through the Web Portal at a special developer-only reduced rate.

Who handles customer service?

We will. If there is an issue with a specific product that we cannot handle, we then turn it over to the fulfillment partner. We’ll contact you if there are issues specific to your shop but, otherwise, you won’t need to worry about it. If a customer is not satisfied, they will contact us and we’ll take care of the situation with the appropriate fulfillment partner.

What about order tracking?

Orders will be sent directly to the consumers. When they place an order, they will automatically be sent a confirmation, followed by an email with tracking information when the order is sent. You can see the progress of each order through the Web Portal. If a customer has an issue, the email will be sent to us and we’ll handle it with the appropriate fulfillment partner.

Can I make my StoreFront look like my app?

We want to keep things quick and easy for you so you are able to do this using a simple template system: You pick five colors and the template builder does the rest. In the near future we plan to expand the options to allow for much more precise control.

When will customers get the products they order?

Orders will typically be fulfilled within 4 to 7 days. For specials or offers that will necessitate bulk production, there may be a slightly longer shipping period.

How much money will I make with StoreFront?

That’s entirely up to you! You determine how much to mark up each product.

How much does it cost to sign up for StoreFront?

The initial setup fee is $5,000. Contact us today for a discounted rate or to apply to have fees waived.

How much will the products cost?

The price you sell products in your apps is up to you. We negotiate the lowest price for quality products so that you have plenty of room to add your own markup. (Note that you do not need to purchase or supply any products.)

How long will it take to integrate StoreFront with my app?

It takes seconds to place the StoreFront code in your app. The rest depends on your design skills since you will need to design the links to your StoreFront. This is so that you don’t have to use some generic button that looks nothing like the rest of your app but can, instead, put it wherever you want and make it look however you want. We want this to be your StoreFront and we want the end-user’s experience to be as seamless as possible. We even have a few suggestions on our Downloads page. Just look for the “Best Practices” doc... when it is available, of course. The longest part will be the amount of time it takes the appropriate mobile app market to approve your app (typically five to ten days for Apple, three to five days for Amazon and a day or two for Google and, if you are updating an existing app, the wait time is typically much less). After that, updating the StoreFront in your app will take only a few minutes. Once you place a product in your StoreFront using your Web Portal, it will take only a few seconds for the product to go live in your StoreFront.

Why haven’t you answered all my questions?

Because we cannot read minds. (You left that thing on the table by your chair. It fell on the floor which is why you missed it). Use the Contact Us form to send us your questions and we’ll reply as quickly as possible.
